Sponsorship opportunity

The Aerobics program at Mentone Girls Secondary College is an expanding program which now provides students with access to a variety of different levels, singles, pairs and teams. We had over 90 students enrolled in the program in 2023. We annually attend the national finals and we have received at least 5 medals each year for the past two year. Our success at competitions in the last few years has been due to the dedication and expertise of the coaches which help to guide and support the students to achieve their goals.

Aerobics is a competition sport which involves tuition, music, costumes, entry fees and travel. These costs can be difficult for parents and students and can at times prevent students becoming involved in the program or engaging in different parts of it.

We are looking for some sponsors to help provide some students with scholarships as well as provide financial support for the additional parts of the program including team t shirts, hoodies and travel for National finals. Your sponsorship will be visible to the aerobics and wider Mentone Girls’ Secondary community and there will be several options to choose from based on your level of involvement. This could include advertising in the newsletter, on the electronic screen on the corner of Charman and Balcombe roads and your business logo on our hoodies or t shirts.

There will be several tiers of sponsorship with increased exposure and promotion of your business in 2024 and hopefully beyond. These include.

Tier 1 - $500 per annum

Tier 1 sponsorship provides purchasing music for the students to use for their routines. You will also have the opportunity to advertise on the electronic screen on the corner of Balcombe and Charman roads which has a high level of exposure and be on our aerobics correspondence and in the newsletter.

Tier 2 sponsorship will involve providing scholarships for some of our soloists to reduce the cost of this activity. You will receive an opportunity to advertise in our newsletter on the Aerobics Page and advertising on our electronic screen on the corner of Balcombe and Charman roads which has a high level of exposure.

Tier 2 - $1000 per annum

Tier 3 - $1500 per annum

Will provide the Hoodies for the students that qualify for the National Competition each year. They wear these hoodies around the area as well as when they are travelling to competitions around Victoria and Australia. Your logo will also be published in the Handbook received by all families at the start of the season and on any correspondence home with the families including regular newsletters.

Please note: The tiers above are listed for the year 2024 with potential for review and refinement beyond this time. We can be flexible regarding the various tiers if required.
