Week 12

  • Monday 18th December - Level 6 Graduation
  • Tuesday 19th December - GESAC End of Primary School Celebration

A friendly reminder that mobile phones are not permitted to be used by any student, on school grounds. Please do not ask your child to message or call you throughout the school day. Once your child is off-site, they may use their phone. 

Literacy & Numeracy

The students have completed all of the necessary assessments for their upcoming reports. We are so proud of the students for their perseverance and resilience during this time. 

 

Activity Fit Excursion

Friday 1st December, our Level 6 students enjoyed a day of fitness activities at Spring Street. In addition to archery, velcro soccer and capture the flag, the students also enjoyed tug of war, the longest plank competition and teacher-student handstand competitions. 

 

Year 7 Transition

Over the past fortnight, we have created our own internal Year 7 transition in preparation for next year. We mixed up the classes up and created a timetable that the students had to follow. This was a chance for the students to demonstrate their organisation, maturity, and readiness for high school. 

Graduation

Graduation is only 11 sleeps away! Just a reminder that the students come to the school at 1:00 pm on Monday the 18th dressed in their graduation outfits and remain in that for the day. The graduation ceremony will commence promptly at 5:30 pm, please arrive at 5:15 pm. 

 

Final Assembly 

The final assembly for 2023 will be hosted at 1:00 pm, the Foundation buddies will be singing a song to their Year 6 Buddy as a farewell and best wishes sentiment. Students will be dismissed at 1:30 pm.

  • We congratulate the Softball team and Jacqui Perdriau on their success at the State Championships, Runners Up is an excellent achievement.   Congratulations to Jack D, Charlie D, Bodhi E, Alexander H, Owen H, Axel K, Sidh N, Edward R, Zachary R, Alexander W and Leo W!
