We understand that the start of a new school year can be a bit overwhelming. At PHPS we enjoy participating in de-escalation through guided meditation after every break time to allow our brain time to prepare learning. We love to sit or lay down quietly on the floor or at a table with the lights off while we follow a guided meditation session.
