2025 Bus Travel

Bus Travel - New Students

Bus Applications - 2025

All bus applications for Country Travel are due to be submitted by 22nd November 2024. This is to ensure that Bus Passes are ready for students in 2025.

Bus Travel - Existing Students

If your student has travelled by bus in 2024 there is no need to complete another application for 2025, your application will automatically roll over. 

 

Country Bus Passes are to be collected from the bus driver at the start of 2025. 

REMINDER - Late arrival / Early collection

Students who arrive at school after 8.50am must present to the office for students to be signed in. 

Students who leave school before 3.20pm will need to be signed out through the office.

Parents are asked to attend the office and sign students in or out via the Office ipad.

If your child is going to be late or leaving early, please notify the office or your teacher direct rather than submitting via PAM as this affects 

**UPDATED** - School fees

We kindly ask families who are not using a payment schedule, to check your fees balance and make arrangements to finalise any outstanding balance. The school will reach out to families who have not made payment.

 

November Fee Statements have been emailed out. We ask you to check this so you are aware of your account balance.

The school office will be making contact regarding outstanding balances.

Please contact the school Principal, Ms Vertriest if you need to discuss payment options.   

The successful running of school programs for your child’s education relies on fees being paid.   Thank you for your cooperation.

NEW - 2025 Fee Schedule

All families will have received a paper copy of information regarding 2025 fees, fee payment intention form and direct debit authorisation form. 

Families are requested to fill in and return the Fee Payment Intention Form and appropriate documents prior to Friday 13th December.

2025 Fee Payment Intention Form and Direct Debit Authorisation Information is below.

A reminder to all current users of this service that a new Authority form is required for each school year.

 

All valid Health Care Card Holders for 2025 will be eligible for fees reduction as per information on the Principals page in this newsletter.  If you hold a valid HCC please submit a copy to the school office along with either Direct Debit or Centrepay Authorisation Forms for this to be processed.

Weekly - next transaction is Friday th November.

Fortnight Schedule 1 - next transaction will be processed Friday 29th November.

Fortnight Schedule 2 - next transaction will be Friday 6th December.

Monthly - next transaction will be processed Friday 29th November.

Quarterly - next transaction Friday 19th December.

Centrepay 

If you wish to pay by Centrepay and have not registered before, this can be done direct through Centrelink or with a signed Authorisation Form we are able to register your details on your behalf are and have not registered for this before.  This can be submitted to the school office.

IMPORTANT - Emergency Contact Details

Please ensure all your family contact details are up to date. These include Home phone, Mobile, residential & postal address & email address.

We also require your nominated emergency contact details to be current & up to date.

If you wish to check your current details, please contact the office.

Working With Children Check

Parents or family members who wish to help out in the classrooms, on excursions or helping with P&F events are required to have an up to date Working With Children's Card. 

These can be applied for online and there is no cost if you are a volunteer. A copy of this needs to be passed onto the school office.

Reminder - Summer School Uniform

Summer uniform is to be worn during term 1 & 4. Changes to this is at the principals discretion.

All students will require their navy blue school hat during these times.

Girls to wear grey bottoms (skort or shorts), school polo (short or long sleeve), OR Girls summer dress with white socks & school jumper if required. 

Boys are to wear grey bottoms, school polo (short or long sleeve), school jumper if required, grey socks and black shoes. All socks are to be visible and above ankle height. 

Please note that tights are not to be worn with the skort or summer dress.

We ask for all items to be clearly named so they can be returned to the student if lost.

 

PE - black bottoms - no logos or branding, (please ensure shorts are a respectable length and they are not bike shorts or leggings), school polo, school windcheater, white socks and sneakers.

Medication

Families are reminded to please ensure they provide up to date medical plans and the necessary, in date, medications to the office.

A signed authority form is required for staff to administer medications.

Parents are reminded that all medication, including non prescribed, to be administered at school or on camp or excursions, requires a pharmaceutical label detailing student name and dosage, along with a signed authority form is also required, a copy of this is located below.
