Support Mont Albert and Surrey Hills Rotary and purchase Christmas Mince Pies from BreadStreet

Movember 2024 is here!

Calling any and all colleagues to jump on board! Once again, KSC will be striking up the Koonung Mo team in support of this cause.

The snapshot:

What: Movember

To Do (there are options!):

- 'Grow a Mo' (start with a clean face and get that hairy upper lip going through November)

- 'Move for mental health' (run or walk 60 kms over November)

- 'Host a Mo-ment' (create an event as a fundraiser)

- 'Mo Your Own Way' (come up with your own)

When: Throughout the month of November

Why: To raise awareness and make a difference in men's mental health and suicide prevention

Each year, we see various members of the staff jump on board to support this cause. Special shout out this year to Luke Marinelli who will be sporting a clean-shaven, baby face for the first time in years!

This Girl Can

This is a campaign to promote women’s sport in our local community. This Girl Can is a VicHealth initiative, and a local council backed program and we are very proud to be able to provide a supportive link into women’s sport. NYP Dragons are a local Water Polo club who are actively involved with the promotion of water polo in Victoria and an advocate for woman who wish to compete in a sporting environment that has no limitations age, abilities, cultures, fitness levels, or efforts. NYP Dragons Water Polo Club is located in the Whitehorse Council municipality. We train at Aqualink Nunawading and are looking for girls and women of all ages to come and join in our wonderful game on Sunday 10th and 17th November,2024.In a world that often tries to confine, define, and limit us, we all stand united incelebrating women’s boundless potential. Our right to exercise safely, to move freely, to embrace our physical strength, and to celebrate our bodies in all their glorious diversity. We take pride in ourincredible strength in all its forms. Not just in our muscles and endurance butequally in our resilience, determination, and spirit.Because today and every day, there is a whole movement, rising with you.Together We Are Unstoppable!
