👷VET Pathways & WPL

Term Three promises to be a busy period with numerous important activities and milestones for our students.

Here’s a snapshot of what to expect:

Year 12 Students: This term marks a significant phase as they wrap up their Certificate courses and complete their Workplace Learning (WPL) for the final time. This is an exciting time for them as they apply for jobs in their chosen career paths. This week in extended Form we went through interview expectations, dressing to impress and then practiced our ‘Tell me about yourself’ answers. I am eager to support them through this process and help piece together their futures.

Year 11 Students: Many of our Year 11 students will also be enrolling in TAFE and Curtin UniReady programs – in Week 4 students will hear from Mr Tuohy and me regarding these opportunities.

Year 10 Students: Our I&E students will participate in WPL during Week 10. I am in the process of organising Semester Two excursions – stay tuned for more details.
