Mindful Movement

Over the last few weeks Steiner students have continued to test their resilience and perseverance through skipping. 

 

They have been observing, reflecting on and discussing their own successes and challenges and have each set a goal that they would like to achieve by the end of term.

 

 They have been tracking their emotional states using the zones of regulation and have continued to enjoy moments of stillness and meditation as a contrast to the high energy activity they are experiencing.
