Permission for Local Excursions on Compass

Local Excursions Permissions & Year 3-6 Cross Country Event

Every year, our students in Year 3-6 compete in House teams for the ARPS Cross Country running event. The event is held at Southern Reserve, a brisk walk from the school. This is considered a local excursion. 

This year, permissions for students to attend local excursions (such a walk around the neighbourhood, a trip to the local kindergarten, or sports events at Southern Reserve) are to be confirmed via Compass parent portal. Permission only needs to be provided for LOCAL excursions once each year. Excursions that are beyond the local area (ie. Not walking distance from the school), still require a separate permission on Compass.

All parents are asked to complete the Local excursion permission form on Compass.

Year 3-6 parents/guardians please be aware that without the local permission approved on Compass, your child will not be allowed to take part in the Year 3-6 Cross Country event on Friday 8th March.
