POWER OUTAGE AT BHCS

A MESSAGE FROM PETER CLIFFE (PRINCIPAL)

I sincerely thank everyone for their patience and flexibility during the power outage this week. I understand that the unexpected closure presented challenges and disruptions to families. I am so grateful for the understanding that has been shown by the families in our community. Our leadership team has been working very hard on planning and troubleshooting ideas to enable the school to reopen as soon as possible, even if there is no power.

At the time of writing this note, power is due to be restored on Saturday, February 17, so school will reopen for all students on Monday, February 19. Of course, if power is restored earlier, we will reopen the school sooner. Please keep an eye out for updated messages from the school as this situation continues to evolve.

In the meantime, Yarra Ranges Council also posted information on Facebook for families without power, so we thought we'd include it for you here.
