Learning and Teaching

 - Mrs Anna Robertson

Continuous reporting has allowed the College to enhance timely communication between teaching staff and parents, fostering a collaborative approach. Providing ongoing insights into a student's progress enables educators and parents to work together more effectively in addressing the child's needs and maximizing their potential.

This continuous exchange of information promotes a deeper understanding of the child's development, ensuring a supportive and nurturing learning environment at school and home. We are now implementing Continuous Reporting across the school from Prep to Year 12 and encourage you to access this feedback regularly.

While we aim to make the processes as consistent as possible, there are some small differences in how continuous reporting works between Junior and Senior Schools.

Please refer to the parent information that has been sent to you by Stephen Nelson or myself, detailing how Continuous Reporting works for your child/ren.

Regardless of a students’ year level, the way in which you access information about your child’s progress in their learning is the same. All teacher comments and results, where relevant, are accessible via the Parent Access Module (PAM). This can be accessed via the link at the bottom of the school website.

To support you to access this information we have provided a link to a pdf document and a short video ( click here ) to walk you through how to find feedback on learning.

If you have any questions or need further support to access this information, please reach out to your child’s classroom teacher or mentor in the first instance or contact Mr Stephen Nelson or myself, Director of Learning and Teaching.
