Term 2 in 2/3W
It’s been a fantastic term in 2/3W, filled with curiosity, creativity and lots of learning! We’ve explored topics such as information reports, lifecycles and number topics, and the class has especially enjoyed learning about a new animal each week. Looking ahead, the students are buzzing with excitement for the end of term Sports Carnival and making an animal information poster. It’s wonderful to see their enthusiasm and growing confidence. We’re so proud of their efforts and can’t wait to see what the rest of the term brings! To reflect on our journey so far, the students shared their thoughts about what we’ve been learning, their favourite moments, and what they’re excited for next.
What have we been learning about this term?
We have been learning Maths, English and writing, so we can learn as a class. - Millie
In English we have been learning about Mice. Mice have reddish-brown fur. - Alexis
I have been learning about PE and it exercises your body and play games and long jump. - Matilda
We been learning English. We are doing animal reports. - Rylan
Mice in English we are learning about mice. We've done classification, appearance and diet. - Anaiah

I liked designing a scarecrow and sometimes playing Minecraft in technology. - Matthew
What has been your favourite part about Term 2?
Learning about camels out side with a friend. And playing handball outside. - Riley
Technology being on computers and having little bits of free time now and then. - Harry
Maths because of addition and subtraction. - Laura
I love doing PE is the best of all and games aswell. - Marlee

What are you looking forward to for the remaining weeks?
My favourite thing looking forward to is the footy tournament. - Mason
