Fete de la Primavera 2025 Committee CALL OUT!

We are starting preparations for our 2025 Fete de la Primavera and wanted to do a call out to anyone in the school community who would like to volunteer to help with the prep. The NPS fete will be in its 3rd consecutive year in 2025, and although we have built a really amazing team of behind-the-scenes volunteers, there is always room for more, as we know many hands make light work!

These are the sorts of areas we will need help with prior to the event:

• Sponsorship & donations
• Assistance with booking/coordinating stalls
• Assistance with booking/coordinating kids' activities 
• Staging & performer gear coordinator – works closely with the Performance Booker
• Overall support of the event within the team / Miscellaneous jobs

If you are keen on helping out and working with a fun team of enthusiastic volunteers who love creating awesome events, please join us at our first meeting later this month – see details below.

Stallholder expressions of interest

If you are interested in running a stall or activity at the fete, get in touch. Ideally, we are after volunteers to run a food, goods or activity stall that donates profits to the school, but there will also be potential opportunities for business owners to pay a fee or become a sponsor and come in as an external stallholder like a regular market.
