What an incredible day for the Milgate Community on Saturday 3rd May at the Election Day BBQ and Cake Stall. A heartfelt thank you to Jeannine and Tammy for their fantastic coordination of our successful BBQ and Cake Stall. We’re also incredibly grateful to Jill who headed up a group of dedicated ladies to reach out and secure the generous donations that made our hampers so special. Huge thanks to our talented BBQ chefs, our friendly servers, and everyone who baked treats or volunteered their time to help on the day—your efforts made all the difference. And to everyone who stopped by, said hello, and supported us by purchasing from our stall—your kindness and generosity mean the world to us.

Huge congratulations to the 2 winners of our Election Raffle! First prize went to Sabrina F, a past Milgate education support staff member, who won our overnight stay at Cambridge Cottages and meal voucher at Pig and Whistle. James T, a past Milgate student, won second prize. Sabrina's genuine desire to contribute to our school event was clear—she didn’t even realize what the prize was until after she had won! We love seeing the Milgate community—past, present, and future—come together to make these events such a success.

We want to take this opportunity to thank the local community for their generosity and support as always. A big shout out to the following businesses.
