Reward System

SWPBS focuses on multi-tiered interventions to promote positive behaviours. As part of the tier one intervention we have put in place a whole school sticker rewards system.

Aim of the Reward System

At DPS we have implemented a reward system to reward positive behaviours that are desired by the students. These positive behaviours are based on our four values of Compassion, Resilience, Respect and Responsibility. Our reward system are stickers that are distributed by staff when the students are seen displaying one or more of the values. 

This week, we have introduced the rewards stickers to our students! Our Behaviour of the Week focus for the start of term is showing Respect in the corridors. 

Teachers have been looking for students who are doing an exemplary job showing this school value. These students have earned an "I Was Caught Being Respectful" sticker and will be acknowledged at assembly on Friday!
