Year 3/4 Cluster News
Home inquiry:
Last week, we introduced students to our new Unit of Inquiry, Trade and Transport. As part of this, we have given each student a map of Australia and of the world. Together with your child, can you please draw where you have travelled as a family using the following colours on the International, National and State Map.
Blue – travelled on the sea
Black – travelled on the road, via a car or bus
Green – travelled on tracks, via a train
Red – travelled via air
We are also beginning to investigate trade within this unit and will send home information shortly regarding a pantry audit to identify local and international items.
