RECONCILIATION WEEK

T2 2025

Reconciliation Week Activities

National Sorry Day, officially the National Day of Healing, is an event held annually in Australia on 26th May commemorating the Stolen Generations. It is part of the ongoing efforts towards reconciliation for all Australians.

National Reconciliation Week is celebrated each year from 27th May to 3rd June. It is a time to celebrate and build on positive and respectful relationships and connections between Australians and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The Reconciliation Week 2025 theme, Bridging Now to Next, reflects the ongoing connection between past, present and future. Bridging Now to Next calls on all Australians to step forward together, to look ahead and continue the push forward as past lessons guide us.

In the coming week students will be involved in the activities below.
