We are learning to practise meditation as a mindfulness technique.


VOCABULARY

Meditation: the action or practice of meditating.

 

Mindfulness: the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something.

 

Technique: method of doing something


ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Go on a mindfulness walk with an adult. Try to look and observe what is happening around like - leaves falling, cold air, birds chirping etc. 

 

After the walk, make a list of things that made you feel happy.
