We are learning to multiply using a number of strategies.

VOCABULARY

Multiply: make equal groups of a number and can be written as a number sentence eg. 2x3=6

Repeated addition: addition sentence that shows the same number being added to help answer a multiplication fact eg. 3x4= 4+4+4

Array: rows and columns that illustrate the whole answer to a multiplication questions.
