Group 19's Exciting Term 2 Recap!

Group 19 had a phenomenal Term 2, filled with learning, creativity, and teamwork! Our young scholars tackled new challenges head-on, demonstrating resilience and a passion for knowledge.

Academic Achievements: Our students excelled across all subjects. In Maths, they mastered complex concepts, while their English projects showcased impressive storytelling and analytical skills. The Science Fair was a highlight, with innovative experiments and fascinating discoveries.

Creative Ventures: Art classes were a splash of colour and creativity, producing beautiful pieces that adorned our classroom like the Louvre Gallery in Paris. In music, students learned new instruments and performed with enthusiasm, filling the hallways with amazing melodies.

Sports and Swimming: Physical Education classes were action-packed. Footy Day was a major highlight, with students donning their favourite team jerseys and participating in friendly activities that filled the day with cheers and laughter. Our teams also shone in the interschool basketball tournament, demonstrating teamwork and determination as they competed with schools from across the district.

Hands-On Learning: Students got their hands dirty with our gardening and cooking program, learning about garden maintenance and healthy eating. They planted, nurtured, and harvested a variety of plants in the school’s spectacular vegetable and herb gardens.

Excursion Adventures: Our excursion to Monash Technical School was an unforgettable experience. Students explored state-of-the-art facilities and engaged in interactive activities, sparking their interest in various technical fields. This trip provided an invaluable opportunity to bring out the budding engineers and scientists in all of our amazing Group 19 students.

Looking Ahead: As we move into Term 3, we are excited to build on these successes. Upcoming projects, excursions, and events promise to keep the momentum going, ensuring that Group 19 always continues to shine.
