COORDINATORS NEEDED

There are a few Coordinators still needed to make ART FOR ALL a great success.

ART ZONE COORDINATORS

We need four people to oversee the ART ZONE and help the kids make something special.

 

With four activities planned to run across PARTY FOR ALL, the Coordinators will help set up on the Saturday, and manage the other parent volunteers signed up to assist on the day.

 

CHILDREN'S GALLERY – BUMP IN/OUT COORDINATOR

Coordinate set up and pack down of our students sculptures that will be displayed in the Gallery. 

 

You'll have four helpers and you'll be liaising with Marjie with how this will work. 

 

Set up on Friday is anticipated to be around three hours. Pack down is Sunday afternoon from 2pm, after the event finishes, and it's generally quicker to pack down.

 

CAFE COORDINATORS

The Gallery Café is open on Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 2pm, selling delicious bakery treats. 

 

Two coordinators are needed to oversee the café, and manage a team of signed up volunteers.
