How to use CSEF / Credits in Compass….

To use your credits or CSEF in Compass, follow the steps to complete payment.

AFTER you have entered your consent (Step 3), if you have CSEF or credit you will have the option of paying in full or paying with CSEF or Credit balance.

Step 4 – Confirm and Pay: If the Pay in Full dot is highlighted and you wish to use credits, click the Pay with CSEF or credit balance button and then click Process.

If you don’t have enough credit to cover the full excursion, the Office will process your credit and contact you to let you know the balance.

For instance, the excursion is $26 but you only have $15 credit remaining. The $15 credit will be processed which will leave a balance to pay of $11.  Compass will be updated and then you will be able to pay the $11 on Compass.
