Toy Libraries

Toy libraries are membership-based and enable members to borrow toys for their children (0 to 8 years of age) in exchange for an affordable yearly fee and helping with the operation of the library. Families with a health care card receive free membership.

There are four toy libraries operating within the City of Port Phillip:

  • Elwood/St Kilda Neighbourhood Learning Centre, 87 Tennyson Street, Elwood
  • Middle Park Community Centre, 256 Richardson Street, Middle Park
  • Port Melbourne Town Hall, 333 Bay Street, Port Melbourne
  • Koolin-ngal Family Centre, 400 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne
