General Wellbeing

As we begin Term 3, we would like to remind families that a range of wellbeing supports are available both within our school and across the community. While many students have returned to school settled and ready to learn, we recognise that there may be times when children and young people need a little extra support.
As a parent or carer, you can help your child by:
- Letting them know you're available to listen and have a chat/yarn.
- Taking time each day to connect with them and ask how they're going.
- Supporting healthy routines, including regular sleep, meals and physical activity.
- Encouraging them to spend time doing the things they enjoy, such as hobbies, spending time with friends, connecting with Country or participating in community activities.
- Reminding them that it's okay to ask for help and that support is always available if they need it.
At Ardlethan Central School, we are committed to ensuring every child feels safe, supported and connected. If you have any concerns about your child's wellbeing, please don't hesitate to contact the school. Together, we can ensure every student continues to
thrive.
