Trafalgar Primary Soars through Validation Day!

This week, our fantastic school participated in the first stage of our School Review - the Validation Day.

The review team spent a full day with us, delving into our self-evaluation and gathering evidence to confirm our strengths and identify areas for further growth. They were particularly impressed by our achievements in Literacy and Reading, our Arts, Health and Physical Education Programs, our safe and orderly Learning environment  and our approach to inclusion of all students.  We're thrilled to hear such positive feedback.

Next comes the fieldwork stage, where the team will dive deeper into our practices to see them in action. This will involve classroom observations, staff interviews, and even student focus groups. Don't worry, everyone involved will be informed in advance and participation is completely voluntary.

After fieldwork, the review team will gather all their findings and develop key directions for our next School Strategic Plan (SSP). This plan will guide us in continuing to provide the best possible education for your children.

We're confident that the School Review will be a valuable opportunity to celebrate our successes and set ambitious goals for the future. We'll continue to keep you updated on every step of the process, and we encourage you to share your thoughts and questions with us along the way. ️
