Caring Learning Growing: Every Child Every Day

Dear Families,

We have all welcomed a cooler and less windy day today. On days like yesterday, we have implemented a swapped break day. This means the children have longer morning breaks and shorter lunch breaks.  This gives the children the greatest chance of getting outside for daily play.

As we discussed in our earlier newsletter, this is a gentle reminder that children are to be at school at 8.30 a.m. as there is no supervision before this. Children must also be collected before 3.40 p.m. at the latest. This is when supervision ends. Please phone the school if you have been held up for any reason.

Many thanks to all those families who attended the Get to Know You Meetings. Our staff appreciated the time to get to know you and your child/children.

Staff are looking forward to our closure day tomorrow.

Enjoy your weekend. I know the children are looking forward to their long weekend.

Louise
