Initiatives + Programs

This term classes have participated in an introductory settling in program where they learn routines and important information about how their new team will operate throughout the year.  

The Year Prep students have been assigned a Year 5 buddy and they have shared a few sessions together during February. The same arrangement exists for our Year One students who are matched with a Year 6 buddy.  The Year Preps have been working on their own timetable and early march they join the main school to share play times and assembly.

Specialist classes are fully operational.  This year we offer Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Science, Physical Education, Auslan and Library.  These subjects are very practical, innovative and engaging. Instrumental Music is offered for all students as an elective program.
