HOLT DISTRICT ATHLETICS CARNIVAL By Brie, Carmen & Wilson - Sports Leaders

On Friday 1st September, 41 athletes from Year 4, 5 and 6 competed at the Holt District Athletics Carnival at Duncan Mckinnon Reserve.  We all had a really fun time and all did our best at our track and field events.  Overall it was a successful day where our school placed 9th in percentages and 4th overall which is a great effort for our school.  We congratulate everyone for coming and competing in the athletics events. 

A special thank you to Miss McGuinness, Ms Denise and Melissa for making sure we all got to our events on time, to Miss Shari, Mr Blane, Miss Gardner for running the Discus events and assisting with supervision and a very big thank you to Hannah (Scarlett’s mum), Ruth (Olivia’s mum) and Rian (Nirvaan’s mum) for also assisting with the Discus event.  We were also very appreciative of the Year 10 students from St Mary’s College who volunteered and gave up their time to assist across all track and field events at the Carnival.

Colour Explosion Fun Run!

Get your Colour on, St Mary’s Primary School is hosting a Colour Explosion Fun Run! Colour Explosion Fun Run will be on Friday 6th October 2023 from 2:00 to 3:15pm at Alma Park.
