REACH leave for our busy schedules

Again, with so much happening in the next two weeks it would be greatly appreciated if students and parents can please submit leave asap. 

Dowerin Field Day

Firstly, to assist with planning our student's attendance and transport to the Dowerin Field Day on Thursday 31 August 2023. 

If your child is attending the day as part of the College (full school uniform required) and will be going there and back on the College Buses, leave for the long weekend, will be after 3:00pm Thursday 31 August 2023 and return Sunday 3 September 2023 after 4:00pm.   

If your child will be attending the Dowerin Field Day with us, but being picked up by you or another guardian, their leave will be, pick up from 2:00pm Thursday 31 August 2023 and return Sunday 3 September 2023 after 4:00pm. 

If your student is attending the Dowerin Field Day with your family or other arrangements have been made, please submit leave from 3:00pm Wednesday 30 August 2023 to Sunday 3 September 2023 after 4:00pm. 

No student will be able to self-drive from the College on Thursday morning. 

Please note that no staff will be at the College to receive students prior to 4pm on Sunday 3 September 2023. 

2023 College Ball

The final arrangements have been made for the Ball for the weekend after next. It will be a very special event and we cannot wait to see how gorgeous our students will look on the night. 

All students are reminded that they must have signed their Student Contracts and handed them into the Residential office by this Friday 25 August 2023 to attend.

Tickets can be collected at lunchtime from Residential Office on Monday 28 August 2023.
