ChatGPT - What parents need to know

Keeping up with the latest trends in technology may not always be at the top of your to-do list, especially when it seems like there’s something new every second day, but when it comes to the content and platforms our children are interacting with it’s important to have at least a basic understanding.

Knowing about the platforms, their benefits, uses, challenges and risks can help us to make measured and informed decisions about what we empower our children to interact with, and how we can do that.

FOOTBALL VICTORIA

Level 4 accredited referee

Football Victoria is providing a free opportunity for female students to go through the process to become a Level 4 accredited referee.

This accreditation gives female students the chance to learn the skills required via our online learning platform, advancing to a practical session where there is coaching, and guidance provided by the FV referees team.

Following this, students will be accredited to referee games in their local area and earn some income while doing so. The FV referee appointments team will ensure the students once accredited, only receive games at a young age group while they are still learning the role.

This is a free opportunity for our female students. If this is something your child is interested in please contact Bron Maidment (bmaidment@bhcs.vic.edu.au) who can guide you through the registration process.
