IMPORTANT TERM DATES
NOTICE FROM THE REGISTRAR
Families who intend to withdraw their child/ren from BHCS at the conclusion of the current academic year are required to provide written notice of one term in advance to the email address registrar@bhcs.vic.edu. This notice should include information regarding the school the students plan to enroll in.
PARENT-TEACHER INTERVIEWS – SEMESTER 2
Information regarding Semester 2 Parent-Teacher Interviews has now been emailed home to all families.
All interviews will take place on Tuesday 29th August.
KINDER INTERVIEWS: 3YO Only
1.50pm to 5.00pm onsite at BHCS
6.30pm to 8.30pm online via Zoom
KINDER INTERVIEWS: 4YO Only
10.30am to 5.00pm onsite at BHCS
6.30pm to 8.30pm online via Zoom
PREP TO YEAR 6 INTERVIEWS
10.30am to 5.00pm onsite at BHCS
6.30pm to 8.30pm online via Zoom
YEAR 7 TO YEAR 12 INTERVIEWS
10.30am to 8.30pm online via Zoom
Bookings have already opened and will close at 5pm prior to the day of interviews.

PREMIERS READING CHALLENGE
The Reading Challenge finishes on the 8th of September so keep reading and uploading your books.
Each child who completes the Challenge receives a certificate bearing the signatures of the current Premier and living former premiers.
ILLNESS DURING WINTER
We remind families to please keep children at home if they are sick. This will help reduce the spread of illness while also helping to reduce absenteeism among students and staff due to illness.

BHCS CANTEEN
PREP – YEAR 5: The canteen is available for lunch orders on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. Primary students (Prep - Year 5) may pre-order lunch orders via the Flexischools app only. No window service.
YEAR 6 - YEAR 12: Are welcome to order at the canteen window during recess and lunch breaks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
TREETOPS CAFE
The Café will be running every day except Wednesday. Senior students (Year 7 -12) are able to order food from the Café during break times. Only Year 11 & 12 students may use the tables and chairs in the Café.

The Uniform Shop's hours are as follows:
- Tuesday: 8.00am - 12.00pm
- Thursday: 12.00pm - 4.00pm
- 1st Saturday of Month - 9.00am-12.00pm
