Principal's Update

Hi Everyone,

It's hard to believe that we are 3/4 of the way through the year! We have had some amazing learning opportunities this term for our students such as our Spelling Bee, School Production, Poetry Celebration, excursions and 3/4 camp just to name a few. The varied skills that students learn and develop with each of these activities has been seen with academic, social and emotional growth in our students. We are very proud of their achievements and can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings. 

Term 3 will conclude tomorrow at 3:20pm. Students will participate in the Colour Fun Run at 2:20pm and are asked to come to school in old, light coloured clothing. Students catching a bus home are recommended to bring a towel or change of clothes. Thank you to the Parents and Friends for organising this fun event!

I would also like to remind parents that Monday 2nd October is a Student Free Day for staff professional development, and students will commence Term 4 on Tuesday 3rd October. 

As per our SunSmart Policy, all students must wear a hat during break times and sport throughout Term 4. All students are asked to remember to bring their hats. If you require a new hat they are available at the office for $12.
