Congratulations to all students for making it to the end of term 3. Its amazing how time can rush by so quick.
For one of our lunchtime programs, Sport Mondays, we have been hosting a 3 v 3 Basketball Tournament. With that, we finally have our Winners.
1st Arabs. Ali, Mo Ah, Rihan and Joey
2nd Black Ravens. Ozaifa, Jayziah , Ayub, Jackson and Peter
3rd Three Amigos. Joe, Hamza, Guru and Sanchay
4th Curry and Rice. David, Arnav, Kanish and Joey
5th Donnas Mongrel Mob. Patrick, Edson, Kavian, Maxi and Dishon
6th Bomb Squad. Lwin, Ryan and Benedict
7th White Ravens. Vaughan, Josip, Kai, Owar and Jovelle
8th B.Ds. Fawwaz, Daravith, Nara and Richwan
Now stay tuned for more Sport Competitions at Sport Mondays with our next one finding out who is the best shooter in the school in the form of a 3 Point Contest!
In Term 4, Our Lunchtime Programs will be:
Sport Mondays will be every Monday Lunchtime, we will be setting up games for Volleyball, Basketball and Badminton, with plans of 3v3 Tournaments and many more.
Gaming Tuesdays is our new program we will be introducing in Term 4, We will be setting up a PS5 in the wellbeing centre. Games such as NBA 2K, UFC 4, COD and many more will be played. We will also run tournaments to see who the best Gamer in the School is!
Fale Pasifika will be on every Thursday Lunchtime and is a safe space for Polynesian students to come together.
Like Before, All students are welcome to all of our Lunchtime Programs.
On Friday 25th of August, we had Wear it Purple Day. For those who don’t know what Wear it Purple Day is, it is a day is celebrated worldwide to promote awareness and support for LGBTQ+ youth.
Wear it Purple Day serves as a reminder of the importance of nurturing safe and supportive spaces for all, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Throughout the week we had activities and prizes to celebrate Wear It Purple Day!

On Monday, we had Board Games in the Wellbeing Classroom. On Tuesday, we had students write letters to their young self. And on Thursday we had our Purple Karaoke Party!
Thanks to the SRC team and a massive special shout out to Izzy Lette, Sokhuy Ky and Zoe Moulder for going above and beyond to make the week exciting and engaging.

Our Lunchtime Programs have been a big success. Our Three Programs Lunchtime Connect, Trivia Tuesday and Our Polynesian Program, Fale Pasifika have seen good numbers. But we can always do better.
Our Term 3 Lunchtime Programs are continuing with our programs Lunchtime Connect and Fale Pasifika. And Introducing a New Program. Sport Mondays.

Lunchtime Connect is all about Team Building Games.

Jessie and Diane from SECL have so enjoyed running the drama sessions lunchtime on Wednesdays so please come along for some theatrical fun and food!
