2023 School Fee Statements
Dear families,
Term 4 School Fee Statements were emailed to all families this week. Please check your spam/junk folders if you haven't received your statement.
The statements are sent out as a reminder and courtesy, even to those families paying via Direct Debit, so that families are aware of their current account balance.
It would be appreciated if fees could be paid by the due date, Wednesday 15th November 2023.
Please advise the office staff if you have not received your statement or if there are any queries.

8.30am - GATES OPEN and classrooms open
8.45am - Gates close and learning begins
11.00am - 11.40am RECESS time
1.30pm - Eating lunch inside
1.40pm - 2.20pm LUNCH time
3.20pm - School finish time
Student Absences
It is a requirement that parents/carers notify the school if their child is sick or away.
A easy way to do this is through the Audiri App (see download instructions below). Absence Forms are listed under 'Forms' button under the 'Resources' tab.
Select your child's grade and digitally fill out and sign the form, which is emailed directly to their teacher and the office.
Alternatively, please email the office at office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or contact the office on 9487 1001.
Parent/Guardian Contact Details
Dear Parents/Guardians, a friendly reminder to please update your contact details, including Home Address, Contact Phone Numbers, Email Addresses and Emergency Contact Numbers, via the Audiri App (Change of Details Form), email at office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or by calling Cristina or at the office on 94871001. Asthma (Action Plan) and Allergies
As we near the end of the school year, a friendly reminder to please ensure the school receives updated Asthma and/or Allergies Plans, along with Asthma medication and a Spacer or Epipen.
This needs to be signed by your child's medical professional, and may be forwarded via email to office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or by dropping it into the office.
