CAPA Faculty
At the end of each year, the Creative and Performing Arts faculty, its teachers and students, can look back over a year that is creative, fun, inspiring, individual, satisfying, collaborative and collective in our activities, surprising, fulfilling and often giving each and every one of us a sense of wellbeing and achievement. This year has been full of some special moments that have included one of our most successful HSC groups going through in Music, Drama and Visual Art. All three areas had students receiving a call back audition for excellence in their areas… and the results that came out on Thursday 14 December have certainly reinforced this. So many students have created some wonderful, enduring moments for us and themselves.
The year also contained many highlights for us in the classroom and outside, and include; OnTrack, Drama Club and Primary Lessons, A Central Vision, HSC Music Day, Education Week and the Performing Arts Nights (PAN), Rock on the Steps, Celebration Assemblies, VISTAS, Art Workshops and Masterclasses, ABC Radio Interviews, Central Coast Showcase and so many more experiences…
Here are some of my favourite pictures from the year, they speak so much more than words can because you see how are students feel during their moments.
To see them in more detail please visit the Henry Kendall High School Creative and Performing Arts FaceBook Page and like what you see.
