The Careers Insight: Morrisby Profile

On Monday 13th November to Wednesday 22nd November, the Year 9 cohort participated in the Morrisby Profile Interviews. This gave students an opportunity to share their results of their profile during a one- on-one 30 minute interview with a Morrisby trained career counsellor. During the interview there was conversation about the student’s initial ideas and thoughts, followed by a discussion on setting goals and accessing resources for future course plan and career pathway. It is the intention of the careers department to use each student profile during the 2024 one-on-one  year 10 course counselling sessions and beyond.

The next step now is to revisit your profile online whilst you are discussing the results of your interview with your parents/guardians.

The feedback from the Morrisby Interviewers were very positive and they were so surprised at how many students had gone online to reflect on the results of their survey before their interviews.
