Coles Development

Over the past week the site had seen significant progress, see below milestones:

• Completion of UG Pour Four columns. 
• Completion of UG Pour One raised section  
• Commencement of the Level One pour Two formwork
• Commenced all stripping to Lower Ground One slab
• Installation of 20 precast panels to the Northern Boundary

Over the coming week we anticipate the below works to have commenced and be completed:

• Commencement of the Level 1 (Pour 2) formwork
• Installation of Precast Panels to the Northern Elevation on Saturday the 02/12/2023
• Tower boom top-up on Tuesday 28/11/2023 
• North-West corner Scaffolding top up
• Pouring concrete for Upper Ground (Pour 4) on Thursday 30/11/2023
