Year 10 and Year 11
As we move into the final weeks of Term Four, we would like to draw your attention to the upcoming examination periods and some important reminders for all families.
The Year 11 Semester 2 Examination Timetable is attached to this newsletter for your reference. Please take the time to review this document carefully with your child to ensure they are aware of their examination dates, venues, and expectations for attendance and uniform.
Year 11 students are only required to attend school for their scheduled exams. When not sitting an exam, students should remain at home to study, unless they have arranged to work quietly with a teacher or in the College Library. Punctuality, full school uniform, and appropriate conduct both on and off campus remain essential during this period.
The Year 10 Examination Timetable will be released shortly. Students will be permitted to go home following their examination each day (Week 7). For those unable to be collected immediately, a supervised study room will be available at the College for quiet revision or reading. Further details will be shared once the timetable is finalised.
Although the Year 10s and 11s are drawing toward the end of the school year, it is important that students continue to uphold the high standards of behaviour, effort, and presentation expected at the College. Maintaining these standards reflects respect—for self, for others, and for the learning environment—and ensures we finish the year with the same sense of pride and responsibility with which it began.
We thank parents and caregivers for your ongoing partnership in supporting our students to approach these final weeks with focus, maturity, and respect for the College community.
Warm regards,
Mr Jonathan Hunt
Acting Head of Senior School (Year 10 and Year 11)
