Carespace Soundspace Band Performance

On Monday 27/10/2025 the Soundspace Band performed for some of our students during Session 5.

Soundpace is the creation of the fabulous Luke at Carespace and comprises of a diverse range of  young adults of all abilities who are brave to  share their talents with the wider community.  We were excited to welcome back one of our past students, Jasmin Gemmill who wowed us all with her impressive guitar skills and her rendition of Knocking on Heaven's Door.

Students were entralled by the performances, showing great collaboration by clapping and singing along.  A stand out performance was given by Bec and Casey, 2 of our performing arts teachers bringing High School Musical to life!  Then we were treated to a finale of Dancing Queen by Mason and Gracie, 2 of our senior secondary students.

Thank you to Carespace for their time and bringing such joy into our school!

Visiting Provider Sites

On Tuesday 28/10/2025 along with our School Council President, ACS families and Barwon Valley School staff and families, we were lucky enough to visit the following providers and hear all about their exciting day programs: Leisure Networks, Edge Community Services, Buddi Up and The Inclusion Way.  So many wonderful services and programs available for our young people to experience.

Future Pathways Flyers 

Currently are-able have some capacity to welcome new students with disabilities, and we’d really love the chance to support them as they make the transition from school to employment.  If you have a NDIS Plan, we'd love to be able to connect with you to see if we can support in any way, transitioning them from school to employment. 

Our eligibility is from 14 years & 9 months.   Please refer to the attached flyer explaining the client journey to post school success.
