Grade 5/6 Swimming Lessons

Students in Grade 5/6 will be participating in swimming lessons at Coburg Leisure Centre from Monday 24 to Friday 28 November (week 8). Each student will take part in five one-hour lessons (one per day) and will travel to and from the venue by bus with their classroom teachers.

This program is cost-free for all students and supports the development of important life skills, including water safety awareness, confidence, coordination, and overall fitness.

To be ready each day, students need to bring the following items - all clearly labelled with their name:

• Bathers or swimming wear
• Towel
• Goggles
• Swim cap

• Separate bag for wet items

   

Lessons will run in two groups:

• Grade 5/6AB: 11:45 am – 12:45 pm
• Grade 5/6CD: 12:45 pm – 1:45 pm

Please make sure to submit permission through Sentral if you haven’t already.
