End of Term 3 2024

It is amazing to think that we are already at the end of Term 3. We wish all families a safe an enjoyable holiday. A reminder that classes finish for the term at 1.35 pm on Thursday 19 September 2024.

Nazareth Week

It was a huge blessing to begin last week with a Mass with Bishop Anthony Ireland thanking God for the gift of Nazareth College and asking His blessings on our community for the future. The celebration on Thursday 12 September 2024 for Nazareth Day was a blessed time of being together proudly celebrating who we are. A big thank you to all students for entering into the day in the right spirit.

2025

Over the last few weeks we have been busy with family interviews for the Year 7 class of 2026. We are also currently interviewing and appointing staff for 2025. With approximately 100 extra students next year the student population will be close to 1000. With this in mind, we need to be strategic and are looking at introducing a new Pastoral Group for each House and we will be employing some new staff. We are blessed to have a great combination of experienced and new staff. At Nazareth, we are set apart with our experienced staff being as energetic and committed as ever. We look forward to complementing this with the addition of some experienced and new staff to Nazareth in 2025.

Start of Term 4

A reminder that all students are expected to be in full college summer uniform for the first day of Term 4, 2024 on Monday 7 October 2024 (Day 6). No matter what students have achieved and how they have performed in Term 3, it is time for a new start. A time to take the opportunities to grow and develop and make the most of what is on offer here at Nazareth for your learning.

Early Term 4 Key Dates

Classes commence for Term 4, 2024 on Monday 7 October 2024 (Day 6).
Year 12 Trial Exams: Monday 7 October 2024 to Wednesday 9 October 2024.
Showcase: Thursday 10 October, 2024 at 6.00 pm at the College.
Year 12 Farewell Assembly: Thursday 17 October 2024 at 2.00 pm.
Year 12 Dress up Day and Breakfast: Friday 18 October 2024 at 8.30 am.
Year 12 Graduation Mass and Dinner: Friday 18 October 2024, 5.30 pm at St Gerard’s Parish North Dandenong.
Year 12 Graduation Dinner: Friday 18 October 2024, commencing 7.00 pm at Alencia, Dandenong South.
