Principal's Message
Dear Parents,
Thank You for a Successful Lindfield Art Show and Fair!
I want to extend my sincere thanks to our wonderful parents, volunteers, parish and community members for making the 48th Lindfield Art Show and Fair a truly memorable event! It was a fantastic weekend filled with fun, creativity, and community spirit.
From the Cocktail Party, which welcomed distinguished guests such as Mayor, MPs, councillors, parishioners and families to the rides, food, games, and entertainment at the Fair, the weekend was a resounding success. None of this would have been possible without the dedication and support of our incredible volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Your efforts, whether in planning, organizing, setting up, or helping out on the day, were truly appreciated.
A special thank you to Olwyn Connolly (P&F President) and our Parents & Friends, Kate Wheeler (Art Show organiser), Stephen Xu (Fair organiser) and all those who donated their time and energy to ensure everything ran smoothly. Your generosity and commitment to our school are what make Holy Family such a vibrant and caring community. Thank you again for your hard work, it is very much appreciated.

Our Year 3 and 4 students have commenced the Friendology program this week with the remainder of the school to start in Week One next term.
Staffing Update
I would like to inform you that Mrs. Dalle-Nogare will be taking a well-deserved period of long service leave starting from Thursday 19th September until the end of the year. We welcome Mrs Liz Maund to the Year 4 class during this time. We wish Mrs. Dalle-Nogare a restful and rewarding break, and we look forward to her return. As Mrs Maund moves to Year 4 we also welcome Mr Knapman to Year 3 on Fridays for the remainder of the year.
The Green Team's Earn and Return Success!
We are thrilled to announce that The Green Team's Earn and Return bottle and can collection has raised a fantastic $468.50! A huge thank you to our dedicated parents and students for their ongoing support and participation in this important initiative. Every bottle and can collected not only helps the environment but also supports our school's sustainability efforts in making the school a "greener place". Together, we're making a positive difference—one container at a time!
A Friendly Reminder: Parking Consideration for Our Neighbours
As we strive to maintain a positive relationship with our surrounding community, I kindly request that all parents and carers be mindful when parking near the school, especially during pick-up and drop-off times. It has come to our attention that some residents have experienced difficulty accessing their driveways due to cars blocking them.
To ensure we continue to respect our neighbours and keep the area safe for all, please take extra care to park away from driveways and be conscious of the local parking regulations. A little consideration goes a long way in maintaining good relations with the families who live nearby. Thank you for your cooperation.
Wishing you all a wonderful weekend with your families.
