 5 WEEKS TIL MARKET DAY!

SCHOOL HOLIDAY LETTERBOX DROP - HELP US PROMOTE THE MARKET!

Grab the kids and your walking shoes these school holidays and help us promote the market. We need your help to deliver A5 letterbox flyers to homes local to the school. Stacks of flyers + an area map are available Tuesday 17 September from the school office before the end of term. 

VOLUNTEER ROSTER IS LIVE

Grab your friends and sign up to do a shift on a stall together. There are many areas that need volunteers so jump on fast so you don’t miss out on your preference. If you can’t volunteer on market day maybe you can help with the market set up including decorating, pricing etc or market pack down?

PRE-SALE RIDE TICKETS

The pre-purchase wristband provides unlimited access to rides and reduces queues for tickets on the day.

All ages Wristband - ages 5+ years

• $35 each pre-sale, unlimited access to Ninja Stunt Jump and Special Ops Obstacle Course (ages 5+), Meltdown (ages 10+) , Chair-O-Plane and Petting Zoo*

*Concession - if your family is in receipt of CSEF funds held at the school, please choose the concession option on the ticket link below.

Note: wristbands on the day will be $40 All Ages or single ride tickets $10 each. 

SECOND-HAND DONATIONS

Got any time these school holidays to spring clean and save your second-hand goods for the market? A ‘drop off station’ is set up outside the main building entrance on Culloden Street. Please ensure that things are bagged/boxed up well.

PRE-LOVED SECONDHAND CLOTHES - IT’S ADULTS ONLY

We’d love vintage and good quality well known labels

(no kids stuff, dirty or soiled items and no underwear please)

SECONDHAND TOYS & GAMES

Puzzles, dress-ups, bikes/scooters, dolls/trains/cars etc

SECONDHAND BOOKS & VINYL

Good quality vinyl, adults and kids books

(no CD’s or textbooks please)

TOYS FOR CARNIVAL GAME PRIZES

Small toys suitable for a lucky dip and soft toys all in good (clean) condition

CALL FOR ART AUCTION DONATIONS

Artwork sought from kids and adults: paintings, drawings, sculpture, ceramics, photography, textiles, quilts and jewellery. Works on paper – unframed is fine but please use good quality paper. Please deliver donations, along with a completed donor form with artwork & contact details, to the front office by 14 October.

 HANDMADE MAKERS MARKET 

Applications for a spot at our handmade market stall are almost closed. Market stalls will be set up in the multipurpose room and are $100. If you would like to register your interest please complete the application form HERE

Alternatively,  if you are a crafter and would like to make something to donate to the BNWPs stall we would appreciate your donations. Scrunchies, bookmarks, baby bibs etc.
