Year 12 Update
The final week of Year 12 : Celebrations and exam preparations
As we approach the end of the year, our Year 12 students have much to look forward to. The final week will be filled with celebration and reflection, starting with Dress Up as a Teacher Day, Primary School Day and Altered Uniform Day. Student will have their last day on Tuesday 22 October. With a BBQ breakfast outside C Block at 8am and followed by a celebration assembly. It's a chance to come together and celebrate the High School journey together. Students are reminded to arrive early and enter through the gates near the PAC.
While celebrations are important, students are also reminded of key expectations for the remainder of the year. Positive behaviour during these final events is important, as any disruptive or negative incidents could impact participation in graduation and exams.
The official Graduation Ceremony will take place on Thursday, October 24, at Flemington Racecourse. Students are required to arrive by 6 PM for the 7 PM start, dressed in semi-formal attire.
Exam preparation is currently in full swing. A reminder that exams, will be held at both Melbourne Polytechnic Preston Campus and NHS. We encourage students to plan their transport routes and study schedules accordingly. Arrive early.
Finally, we would like to thank the senior teachers for their hard work in supporting the students over this busy time.
