Hello from 2H

Elijah For chemical science we made chocolate crackles and my favourite part was eating them. 
 At the Grade 2 assembly I spoke about respect and friendship. 
 We have been watching Olympic events and cheering the Aussies. 
April International Friendship Day is about showing respect and being kind to our friends.
Beorn I have enjoyed watching the rowing races in the Olympic Games. 
Ashane I liked watching the soccer, rugby and swimming in the Olympic Games. 
Cooper At Grade 2 Assembly we sang ‘Counting by 2s’ and ‘Somewhere over the Rainbow.’
 For inquiry, we have learnt about all the different clouds and what they look like and what they do. 
Angus I have enjoyed watching the Olympic Games and seeing the Eiffel Tower on TV. 
Michael When we watched the weather clip, the lower numbers meant the coldest temperature for the day and the higher numbers meant the highest temperature for the day. 
Chelsea We made friendship bands for Friendship Day. I used rainbow colours. 
Mason We liked making chocolate crackles in the Food Science room with the teachers. It was fun. 
MujibullahI like playing soccer with my friends, ICT, PE, Music, reading and Art.   
Victor For science I liked combining the cornflour and water to make slime. 
Ava My favourite Olympic events are swimming, gymnastics and cycling. 
Zara On International Friendship Day we coloured in friendship bands to wear. 
Keith When we made chocolate crackles and put them in the freezer the ingredients stuck together solid like a rock. 
Hattie We all show respect for our friends on International Friendship Day.   
Jordan The Olympic Games are held in Paris, France and we have been watching some sports. I liked watching swimming. 
Violet The first ancient Olympic Games were in Olympia, Greece in 776 BC. 
Finn The first modern Olympic Games were in 1896 in Greece. 
Alfi For inquiry, we learnt there are many different clouds and we can see different colours and numbers for the weather forecast.
