Tickets Available for Matinee Performance

Tickets for our evening show have sold out, but we still have tickets available for the matinee.

While attending the musical is free of charge, we have established a ticketing system to ensure that we can accommodate everyone at both performances. To maintain fairness among all families, we limit ticket allocations to four per group. (Please note that St. Xavier's students do not need a ticket.) That said, if you find you no longer need your evening tickets, please contact the office on sxgadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au so we can re allocate them to those on the wait list.

We also kindly request that prams be left outside the Hall during the performance.

Matinee Performance: Tuesday, 21st October at 12:00 PM

Evening Performance: Thursday, 23rd October at 6:00 PM

A note from Mrs Sloan

In preparation for the Musical, students will bring their costumes home next Tuesday afternoon after our Matinee performance. We ask that you check in with your child after school, to see that they have brought all their costumes home so that they can be stored safely ready for our Thursday night performance. 

A reminder that on our performance night, students will come to school dressed in their costumes, hair needs to be done neatly (as per instructions on the note below). Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 4 girls are provided with skirts when they arrive at school. If they can come to school wearing black tights or home clothes so they can change when they arrive and then change back into their home clothes after the Musical. 

The main cast will need to be dropped off at 4 pm on the performance night to the Music Room where they will get dressed in their costume and have their hair and makeup done.

At the end of the night performance, teachers will take the students straight back to their classroom. Parents will need to make their way over from the hall to the classroom to sign them out at the end of the performance. The main cast will stay in the hall after the performance for photos.
