‘Forming lives of faith, hope and love in the light of Jesus Christ’.
Families whose children are making the Sacrament of First Holy Eucharist are required to attend the presentation formalities at Mass THIS WEEKEND of the 18th and 19th of May. Children must bring their Eucharist Presentation Card with them to pass onto the priest to confirm attendance. The Card is completed at school and sent home with your child.
Children who present this card will receive a special gift from the Parish for their presentation.
Mass times in our Parish are:
Our Lady's Craigieburn
Saturday 6.30pm
Sunday 8am, 11am* & 6pm
*Please note: The 11am Sunday service this weekend is an extended Mass with the celebration of the 2024 Catechumens. Mass is not expected to finish before 12.15am
Good Samaritan, Roxburgh Park
Sunday 9.30am
Families who cannot attend Mass are required to be present at the following weekend's Masses and present their card to Fr George or Fr Alex at Mass.
SACRAMENT OF HOLY EUCHARIST
Our celebration of the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist will be Sunday June 2nd 2024. Here are a few reminders as you begin to prepare your family for this day:
- Our celebration takes place at Our Lady's Church in Craigieburn, next to our School.
- Mass begins at 2pm with students processing in with the celebrating priest
- Students receiving their First Holy Eucharist are asked to dress formally as this is a very special occasion.
- Families will be allocated half a row for immediate family (approximately 5-6 people including the child). Any invited guests should not take up another family's allocated seating and are limited to seating available without a reserved sign.
- All guests attending the celebration are reminded that this is celebration takes place in a Sacred Space and a prayerful reverence and silence is expected during those times in the Mass.
- Food, drink, photos and video are not permitted. We have our own photographer to capture these special moments.

- Sign up & Presentation Weekend: 18th or 19th of May 2024 - Attend any of the Parish Masses
- Family Faith Night: Tuesday 21st May 7pm
- First Communion Celebration: Sunday 2nd of June 2024 at 2:00 pm
Sacrament of Confirmation - Year 6
- Student Retreat Day: Wednesday 7th August 8.50am - 3pm
- Sign up & Presentation Weekend: 10th or 11th of August 2024 - Attend any of the Parish Masses
- Family Faith Night: Thursday 15th August 7pm
- Confirmation Celebration: Sunday 18th of August 2024 at 1:30 pm
After Jesus' ascension into heaven, he gave us on Earth one last gift to share with the world: The Holy Spirit. Filled with the gifts of Wisdom, Knowledge, Right Judgement, Courage, Understanding, Charity and Wonder and Awe, the disciples set out to spread the Good News, evangelise a new generation and continue the message of Jesus. How will you use these gifts to continue this mission of Love, Hope and Peace in our world this week?
