Best Dressed

How cool are these bespoke denim jackets? Our Year 10 Textiles classes have been working hard for 10 weeks, refining their designs and implementing their decorative skills, to create these one-of-a-kind denim jackets. I am immensely proud of their work ethic, dedication, and creativity in completing this task.

Cooking Club

We have been running Cooking Club, a co-curricular activity from the beginning of Term 2. More than 20 students spent five very enjoyable afternoons together cooking a range of delicious dishes including soup, sausage rolls, white chocolate slice and Thai green curry.

Students take home some of the food (if they don't eat it all straight away) and donated some to Norbie Care for families in need. With the first Cooking Club session coming to an end, the students were presented with a cookbook containing all the recipes and an apron so that they can continue cooking at home. The next Cooking Club session commences on Wednesday 29 May and will run until the end of Term 2.
