Week 2 Recap

This week we learnt how to shape Capunti. 

Capunti is a pasta that is shaped like a pea pod. The dough was made out of semolina flour which has a grainy texture and the students described it as being like sand. We also made spiral shapes by pressing a small about of dough on the back of the fork and rolling it down the fork.  We served our Capunti with a delicious carbonara sauce.
