The Italian faculty has organised events and activities for the Junior Italian students.
All Year 6 students will participate in a workshop on how to make pasta (cooking class) Monday 28th with Chef Valentina, periods 3 to 6. Students will prepare the pasta and take it home in a container ready to cook.
All Year 5 students will participate in the school project: L’Italia in miniatura (Italy in miniature). Students will be divided into groups during our Italian lessons and will have to collect information about the Regions of Italy with famous cities, monuments and attractions, then display their projects as a final poster in the library.
All Year 4 students will create a unique artwork inspired by Michelangelo following the technique of first sketching the drawing on one side of the paper and then making the final drawing on the other side while lying on their backs.
