Rememberance Day

On Monday the 11th of November the school will recognise Rembrance day with a ceremony on the top courts at 10:25 am. All welcome

A Date for 2025

The Sacrament of Confirmation will be held on Thursday the 22nd of May at 7pm at St. Patrick's  Cathedral, East Melbourne.

St. Vinnie's Christmas Hampers

Next week we will commence our annual Christmas drive. Each classroom will have a family from the Ringwood area to collect for. Donations  of food, gifts and toys are welcome to create a Christmas hamper.. This will brighten up the season of Christmas for the many families in the local area who are in need of our help. Please check use by dates of food. New toys only thanks. More details of families. including ages of the children will be communicated through individual Class Dojo. 

Hampers will be collected for the Parish on Wednesday 4th December.

Jesse Tree Morning Meditations

As we begin to prepare for Christmas our classes will be presenting stories from the Jesse tree. The stories of people on the Jesse Tree remind us how long the people of God waited for a king. We know that Jesus is the king that God promised to send. We use the Jesse Tree to remind us of God’s promise. Familes are invited to join in our online morning meditations during this time. They will comence on Monday 18th of November and the links are on the school calendar, Timetables of  classes will be Dojo at a later date.

Parish Fortnightly

Hope you all enjoyed the extra long weekend and are ready for a very short week.

Congratulations to the fete committee, under the guidance of Lauren, the Fete President, on the remarkable profit of $87,333.01.  This is a wonderful result and we extend our congratulations to Lauren and her team for their hard work throughout the year.  We look forward to next year’s fete.

During the month of November, the Remembrance Book with names of those who have passed will be placed by the altar.  If you would like to register the names of your loved ones, please email the Parish Office or there are sheets on the table in the Church foyer where you can add their names.

An anointing mass will be held on Friday 6th December at 11.00 am followed by a light lunch.  For catering purposes we need to know numbers.  If you know of a family member who may wish to attend, there is a sign up sheet on the table in the foyer.

2025 Columban Calendars are available for purchase from the church foyer at $10.00 each.  They make beautiful Christmas presents/stocking fillers and as always are beautifully illustrated.
